It'll help to know what version of DirectX you currently have installed, so try these steps:
- Click Start and type dxdiag
- Press Enter
- After a moment, the DirectX Diagnostic Tool will appear, and at the bottom of the window you should see your DirectX version.
Now you'll know what version of DirectX you're currently running, you can compare that to the list of DirectX 11.1 supported graphics cards to see if your system can support it:

Thank you for your reply, my Directx version is Directx 12. I checked the video card list but they all are GeForce while my card is a Quadro K2200.

Thanks for your reply. I downloaded the file but there is no .exe file in the folder. The file says I need windows 7 and I am on windows 10 also.

It looks like the Quadro K2200 does support up to DirectX 11.2 according to the manual here:

...so it should work, especially considering you have DX12 installed. You could try reinstalling DirectX 9.0c from here, which will overwrite any corrupted files but leave the DX12 files intact:

Graeme, thank you for the link, I ran the installer and it said that 'a newer or equivalent version of DirectX has been installed already. No installation is necessary'.

I went in my 3D software and I still get the same error message.
